We were proud to take part in the Kent and Medway Healthy Business Awards on Thursday 17th November at the Mercure Great Danes Hotel in Maidstone. Around 160 people from businesses across Kent and Medway attended to receive their awards for taking part in the healthy workplace initiative.
Lustre was one of three companies asked to speak at the event and Ariel Rapson spoke about how being part of the initiative worked for a small business. Taking part in the Workplace Wellbeing Charter has benefited our current staff, but has also helped us create a healthy business culture for the business as it continues to grow.
