Lustre Consulting conducted a comprehensive Phase 2 Site Investigation and Geotechnical Analysis and Remediation Strategy to support the proposed redevelopment of the Padel Social Club in the O2, London. The project involved transforming a former entertainment compound into a two-storey facility with Padel courts, a café, and additional commercial spaces. Due to the site’s history, which included previous industrial use, environmental risks such as contamination and ground conditions needed careful evaluation to ensure a safe and compliant redevelopment.
